The Eden Holistic Health Studio

The Eden Holistic Health Studio is nestled by the beautiful rolling hills of Bury, in Greater Manchester. At the studio you can receive relaxing and rejuvenating Reiki therapy, to help balance your body, mind and soul.

The studio offers a welcoming, inclusive and calming space, where one can completely switch off from hectic daily life, leaving feeling restored and re-energised.

The studio holds a free meditation group and we have a small gift shop selling locally handmade crafts, artwork and natural handmade toiletries.

I would like to welcome you to The Eden Holistic Health Studio. I am a certified Reiki practitioner up to Reiki Level 2 in the Usui Shiki Ryoho method of natural healing.

Reiki is something I feel very passionate about and has been a beautiful chapter that has opened into my life. From my own experience Reiki can bring a great sense of peace and harmony, having wonderful results both physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

It is a great honour to be involved in practicing Reiki and to be able to bring Reiki into the lives of others.
