Getting Here & Parking
Parking When Attending a Reiki Treatment
Please note that the studio is on a residential road near Fairfield General Hospital. Parking on the road is for permit holders only. When you arrive, we will provide you with a car parking permit, this must be returned the same day, after your treatment.
Parking When Attending a Meditation Group
Please note that the studio is on a residential road near Fairfield General Hospital. Parking on the road is for permit holders only. Due to larger numbers in the meditation group, we cannot provide parking permits for attendees. If you are driving, we advise for you to park on one of the roads further away from the hospital, which are permit free. Elbut Lane is the closest road, which is approximately five to fifteen minutes’ walk from the studio, (depending on how far up the road you have parked and your fitness level) please see website map to find the location.
Parking When Attending the Gift Shop
Please note that the studio is on a residential road near Fairfield General Hospital. Parking on the road is for permit holders only. When you arrive, we will provide you with a car parking permit; this must be returned when leaving the Gift Shop.
Car
We are located near two main motorway junctions the closest being the M66, Junction 2 in Bury and the M62, Junction 19 in Heywood. We are off the B6222 Bury and Rochdale Old Road.
Bus
The Eden Holistic Health Studio is around a 15-minute bus ride from Bury Interchange Metro link, where further connections to services from other areas are available. We are well served by bus, particularly on Bury and Rochdale Old Road using buses 467 and 468, which run from Bury to Rochdale and vice versa. The nearest 467/ 468 bus stops are located off Broadbent Drive on each side of Bury and Rochdale Old Road. Going towards Bury you will find the bus stop opposite the Hooley Bridge Petrol Station. Going towards Rochdale you will find the bus stop to be the next stop after Fairfield Hospital. Bus Service 433 is also in operation, which runs from Norden passing through Heywood into Bury and vice versa, please be aware that this is a very long route.
Tram
The nearest Metro link station is Bury, approximately 2 miles from us. The easiest option is to then transfer from the Tram to a Bus (please see above for bus information).
Please check Metro link website (TfGM website ) before departing, sometimes they can be doing maintenance work and there can be delays to services.
